Emblems of Heroism, frequently also called Heroism tokens are a reward which drops from boss kills in heroic mode for Wrath of the Lich King 5 and 10 man raid instances. They can be spent at special vendors to buy epic quality gear at level 80.
Emblems of Valor, frequently also called Valor tokens are a reward which drops from boss kills in 25 Man Wrath of the Lich King raid instances. They can be spent at special vendors to buy epic quality gear at level 80.
While it can be a lot of fun doing the necessary runs to get your desired gear, it can be quite a pain after 50 runs or so.
Save yourself from the mind-numbing craziness of having to locate a proper group and enjoy the epic fruits without the epic labor!
