City of Heroes BULK Powerleveling - EU Servers

Want to try out a new class but can't seem to find the time to grind another character to the level you want? Want to join your friends in doing end-game content but can't seem to catch up? Is work biting thru your play-time?

Let us remove the tedious grind of having to do missions over and over again and enable yourself to enjoy the game at its max as soon as possible!

For bulk powerleveling, a set amount of influence is left for your character's own use depending on the package you buy (e.g. 1 Million for a LVL 1-22 Package). Your character will also be left untrained and thus enabling you to choose the powers you want at the end of the leveling process!

We will need full access to your account for the duration of the service. Please take note that we only need your COH account info. No other info (such as your NCSoft master account info) is required.

ISSUE 13 UPDATE - LEVELING PACTS (MUST READ)

At the moment, we require that your toon to be out of a leveling pact before the leveling process begins. Quoted prices below assumes a toon with no leveling pact. If you are on a pact when the leveling process begins we will remove it unless reservations have been made not to do so.

Please take note that all powerleveling and like services time estimates assume peak working conditions. We have not taken into account any delays which may be caused by power interruptions, server downtimes, account struggles, etc.

To reduce your leveling times, we highly advice you to refrain from logging in in-game to check your order status. You can always contact Live Help to get an up-to-the-minute status report.

We highly encourage you to contact us first via live help to check on leveler availability. We hire a full staff for City of Heroes in-house but due to the popularity of this service there is a normal wait time of 24 hours before the leveling or service process begins.

To get estimated service times, choose the service you are interested on procuring from the tabs on top.

City of Heroes EU Bulk Leveling services comes with an added influence package so you can buy needed enhancements right away! They are normally completed within the following time frames:

LVL 1-22 + 1 Million Influence = 1 day
LVL 1-32 + 3 Million Influence = 3 days
LVL 1-40 + 5 Million Influence = 5 days
LVL 1-50 + 10 Million Influence = 7 days
LVL 20-30 + 2 Million Influence = 2 days
LVL 30-40 + 3 Million Influence = 2 days
LVL 40-50 + 5 Million Influence = 2 days
LVL 46-50 + 5 Million Influence = 1-1.5 days

Please give time allowances if you are on a predominantly non-English speaking server (e.g. Defiant, Vigilance). It's normally harder for us to complete services on these servers due to language differences.

Accolade Completion is dependent on various factors (servers, availability of teams to group with, etc.). As a general rule of thumb, you can use the estimates below.

Vanguard Medal = 1 day
Freedom Phalanx = 1 day
Atlas Medallion = 1 day
Archmage = 1 day
Conspiracy Theorist = 1 day
Portal Jockey = 2-3 days
Disruptor = 3-5 days

Mission Completion Services can normally be completed as follows:

Cape Mission = 1 day
Aura Mission = 1 day
Respecialization (Respec) Trial/Mission = 1 day
