GENERAL
Q: What services does Team Level Up offer?
A: Team Level Up provides advancement services and in-game currency and items sales/brokering to the Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) community.  We currently support City of Heroes , World of Warcraft and Guild Wars.
 
POWERLEVELING
Q: What is powerleveling?
A: Powerleveling is an advancement service wherein skilled players use their extensive knowledge in-game to get you to the level you desire. Purchasing powerleveling ensures that you get to the level you want on the fastest possible time.

Q: How long does it take for you to start and complete powerleveling an account?
A: Due to the highly customized nature of powerleveling we can only give you an estimate time of completion. Details of the time estimate should be included in the item description of the package or service you want to procure so we highly encourage you to read it first. Orders are normally started within 24 hours of receipt. We normally do not accept orders and we refund payment once we reach full capacity to ensure that quality is maintained.
 
Q: Do you support price matching against competitors?
A: We highly doubt that you will find a better price compared to quality than what we have to offer. At the moment, we are not open to price matching as we believe that our prices are competitive as it is. Regardless, you can send price quotations at customer_support@teamlevelup.com and we'll see if the price for the service you want is doable.

CURRENCY
Q: When I buy virtual currency how is delivery made?
A: Delivery is mainly accomplished by you contacting us first to set it up. However if the game allows delivery without meeting (like in the case of World of Warcraft) your orders will normally be delivered to you within 1 hour of payment thru the game's mail system. More details on our delivery procedure can be found on the particular item you want to buy.
 
Q: Do you offer currency trading and cross-server/cross-game transfers?
A: Yes! However, please take note that at the moment we only accept currency transfer if what you want is City of Heroes Influence . If you have WOW or Guild Wars gold and wish to have COH influence then we can do that. We can also facilitate server transfers in City of Heroes . For more details just contact our customer support representatives thru LIVE HELP.

ACCOUNT SECURITY
Q: How does your powerleveling service stack up against other companies?
A: We would have to say that we have the most secure service available as we do our own in-house leveling. We do not hire third parties to have access to your account as compared to other companies who hire mysterious third parties to handle your order. As an added note, all our players understand and speak English very well which in itself is an important aspect in trying to powerlevel an account.

Q: What measures are being taken to safeguard my account against theft while in your possession?
A: Only 3 persons will have access to your account while it is under our possession; the sales personnel who takes down your order and the 2 people which will be assigned to your account. This will ensure that at any one time we know who is handling your account. We only use legit methods of powerleveling (killing mobs, doing high xp missions, etc.) to level your character. We take great pains to make sure your account is safe.

PAYMENT
Q: What methods of payment does Team Levelup accept?
A:  At the moment Team Level Up accepts payments made via Paypal, XOOM and Western Union only. We are in the process of creating a merchant account to enable you to pay us via credit card.

Q: Why do I need to pay up front?
How can I make sure you will hold your end of the transaction?
A: Due to the high expenses incurred to offer the services we offer we cannot possibly facilitate deferred payments or payments once the job is completed. We are Paypal confirmed and have been in the business long enough to ensure that your order will be completed in the most satisfactory way. We have excellent eBay feedback and can provide you with proof that we have completed every order we handled to the customer's satisfaction.
 
Q: Do you accept Paypal eChecks?
A: Yes. Kindly take note though that the eCheck must clear first before we can deliver the currency you bought or start on the powerleveling service you ordered. If you want to avoid having to wait we highly encourage you to check first if you have sufficient funds in your Paypal account and paying via instant payment. If you accidentally sent an eCheck we can cancel the order and reprocess your order once you pay via other methods. Kindly send an email to services@teamlevelup.com in case you want to do this.

REFUNDS
Q: Do you offer refunds if I want to cancel an order?
A: For currency related transactions we are afraid we cannot offer refunds once the order is delivered. For powerleveling related transactions you can cancel the order anytime and we will send you the unused portion of your payment minus the pertinent fees incurred.
 
Q: Are there fees associated when I cancel an order?
A: For undelivered currency related transactions there is no fee for canceling an order save for the expenses necessary in order to send the payment back to you. If a powerleveling order is cancelled before any work is done in your account we will refund you in full minus the expenses necessary to send payment back to you. If work has already started in your account we will refund the unused portion of your payment minus the expenses necessary to send the refund.
 
Q: How are refunds paid out?
A:  If you paid via Paypal we will refund the payment to your Paypal account. If you paid via Western Union or XOOM we will resend the payment to you via Western Union . Kindly take note that you will be shouldering the fees necessary to refund the payment.
