The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions agreement without any prior notification. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Team Level Up Services normally does not give out refunds on virtual currency once services are rendered. For particulars on refund policies on each product type please review the following sections. Refund fees are normally shouldered by the Company unless the underlying cause of the refund is the buyer's fault.
ACCOUNTS PURCHASE
The Company agrees to provide necessary information to enable you to secure the account(s) you purchased (information that will enable you to change the password). Any subsequent costs in maintaining the account(s) or enabling it to be fully utilized for its intended use will be solely at the expense of the buyer unless specifically specified in the product listing. Strictly "NO REFUND" once account access is delivered..
CURRENCY PURCHASE
We normally specify a "usual time of delivery" in all virtual currencies we offer. This is being given merely as a general guideline and should not be construed as the exact time of delivery. "USUAL TIME OF DELIVERY" is intended for one (1) quantity of a particular item only. Buying multiple quantities of a currency unit may prolong the delivery process depending on our current stock. We highly recommend that you contact us first via LIVE HELP before buying anything to assure you of our current inventory. You agree to give the Company a reasonable time to prepare your order. The Company has an absolute "NO REFUND" policy once the currency is delivered.
POWERLEVELING
All powerleveling orders are normally started within 24 hours of payment receipt depending on our current workload. The Company reserves the right to cancel any powerleveling order, with notice. The Company will refund payment in full if the powerleveling has not been started yet, or in part if a powerleveling order has been started but not completed. You hereby agree to give full access to the Company's leveling staff to do the powerleveling once informed that they are ready to begin. The Company maintains the assumption that you and only the Company's staff will have access to the account for the duration of the process and that any subsequent change in password is the result of you changing it. The Company's staff will only change your password upon giving notice to you first to secure your account from possible account bannings due to access struggles.
GIFT CERTIFICATES, ACCOUNT/GAME TIME CODES
Gift certificates, account and game time codes purchased within the Company's site are normally delivered electronically via your registered email (or Paypal email if applicable). Please insure that your bulk mail filters are open to accept incoming mail from the Company. If account/game time codes you ordered are unusable please email us ASAP and we will try our best to contact the gaming provider for verification of the codes (if they verified that the code is working we highly advise you to contact them for verification as well). If no complaints are received within 24 hours of delivery we assume you have made full use of the codes and you indemnify the Company from any further complaints.
ORDER, SHIPPING AND DISPUTE CONDITIONS
ORDER VERIFICATION
Due to the ever-increasing fraudulent activities experienced in this business, the Company currently does not authorize credit card accounts and/or Paypal accounts with unverified addresses and/or unconfirmed telephone numbers. Kindly double check all information you send to us before confirming your order.
You may be required to supply additional information when ordering a product or service from our company (this is being done for your protection as well as ours). This may include a valid home phone number and/or a faxed driver's license.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All products sold in the Company's website is normally delivered electronically and hence have no shipping costs. If shipping is a necessity or stated, Team Level Up Services normally includes shipping charges with your order.
DISPUTES
Any dispute against the Company must be submitted to confidential arbitration in San Francisco, California. Make sure you read and understand our terms and conditions before you file for a dispute. All disputes can and will be taken care of by filing a complaint with services@teamlevelup.com. You agree to give the Company notice and a chance to settle any dispute before submitting to confidential arbitration (if needed).

Team Level Up Services makes no claims to the title for any virtual items purchased through its website. All virtual items brokered through www.teamlevelup.com or its subdomains relating to the game are owned by their respective original licensors (eg. NCsoft Corporation, SEGA of America Inc.) The Company is in no way affiliated with the companies listed.
You as the buyer also state that you are in no way affiliated with any of the gaming sites which we currently provide service for. If you are affiliated in any way, please discontinue use of the site.
